Tenant Fees

Tenant’s permitted payments associated with a Tenancy

Rent for the term of the tenancy
Security Deposit (5 weeks deposit for rents up to £50,000 per annum, 6 weeks deposit for rents in excess of £50,000 per annum but under £100,000 per annum)
Holding Deposit (equivalent of 1 weeks rent, taken to secure the property and then deducted from the first instalment of rent)
Tenancy swap fee during a tenancy – £50 inc VAT
Utilities of the property (such as Electric, Gas, and Council Tax for example)
Payment of the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys or other security or entry devices
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at 3% above Bank of England base rate.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of tenancy.
